Fancy seeing me here! After all, the place can hardly hold 11% — I’m scraping the rafters. Makes for a good view, and it’s clear when a room needs what I’ve got in spades: fruity, dank, and devilishly hoppy flavor. Your night is looking up. Savor it and don’t blink because I like to vanish in a puff of lupulin dust.

Nagy, tartós, hófehér hab, borostyán szín. Füves, fűszeres, malátás illat. Édeskés, fűszeres, fenyős, füves, malátás íz, némi gyümölcsösséggel. Testes, enyhén szénsavas, erősen keserű. Szépen kiegyensúlyozott, finom sör.

Bought locally. Packaged April 24th 2025.
Beautiful pour, clear gold, over an inch of foam, good retention and lacing.
Smell is hoppy to the max, some definite alcohol aromas, caramel malt that sweetens it up, some dankness.
Taste is uber hoppy, dank, citrus, some minor sweetness, hint of pine, big alcohol kick. Yow.
Full bodied, pretty high carbonation, it's a triple IPA. Not my favourite style but I do dig this.

Bottled 4/2/25, drunk 8/4/25.
Clear as day, light amber-bronze. Medium-sized, off-white head.
Resin and caramel! I don't know why I'm surprised but it's just been so long. I avoid old school DIPAs like the plague. Some wood, tea, vanilla, black tea and PINE. And caramel. Not boozey, though.
Pine resin and balancing caramel. Sweet and bitter. Love it! It's been so long since I've had this nasty style that it tastes novel and enjoyable. Orange, tea, wood, white bread and caramel. It is balanced from all the sweet white bread and caramel. Pine and orange linger. It does seem more balanced than in the days of old. Still has that hop stink/sweat earthiness. Fun. Would probably not want to drink this too many more times. A few times every decade.

Thick foamy white head on a marmalade coloured body.
Pine, resinous & marmalade aroma.
Medium to full bodied, nicely carbonated with thick cloying back.
Pine, stewed fruit, orange, resinous & dank tastes with an extremely bitter finish.
Extreme, old school & top drawer beer - They don't make many beers like this anymore.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, very small and very drinkable lived off white head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a very fine grainy sweetness, suits this brew. The old school hops provide some old school bitterness. A little soft pine in there. Ripe citrus and bitterish marmalade, touch of ripe lemon. Light finish. Drinks pretty easy for it's abv and in this particular case, the old school character was a very welcome change.

Golden yellow with small head. Dank pine, pine, and more pine, grapefuit peel, and caramel malt aroma. Very sweet orange, peach, biscuit malt, and very strong bitter/dank pine and grapefruit peel flavor. Good body.

0.355 l bottle from 'Beyond Beer', bottled in April 2025. Almost clear, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, fairly resiny, gently fruity aroma of lots of pine, tobacco, grapefruit and mango. Quite sweet, gently bitter, very resiny and gently fruity taste of massive pine, grapefruit, tobacco, orange jam, mango and orange liqueur, followed by a long, quite bitter, gently boozy finish. Full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Heavy stuff, but I really dig it, same procedure as every year.

Bottle. It's been many years since I've had this and was pleased to find it. Nose is orange, floral, hint of sherbet, touch of resin.
Taste is big resin, pine, sweet malt, touch of bitter honey, faintly floral note, sweet resin, and a drier than you would think finish.
Really nice to have a pine bomb again.

Bottle at home, from HOTM online, 13/06/2025.
Clear golden amber topped with a lasting creamy beige head.
Nose is bitter orange, caramel malts, pine resin, grapefruit zest.
Taste comprises sweet malts, pine resin, grass, caramel, mango, grapefruit.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost.
Runs a touch sweet but a decent old skool DIPA.
