Steeped in tradition, yet ready for anything—that pretty much sums up our Southern Gothic Unfiltered Pils. This hop-forward but light-bodied pilsner is crisp and drinkable, perfect for an afternoon on the porch or a night down at the pub. We left it unfiltered and raw to bring out its complexity and add a depth of flavor.

Can. I was extremely disappointed in this beer. All you can taste is hop bitterness and water and nothing else.

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza, 2017 - London. Pours clear yellow with a frothy, white topping. Good, clean, lightly sweet, somewhat dry, notes of crispy pale cereal. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and balanced finish. Nice and drinkable beer.

Can @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours misty gold, expected a little more haze from an unfiltered lager, large fluffy white crown. Aroma presents a familiar lager malt sweetness. Taste is as expected, crisp and gently sweet, some floral hop, drying close. Decent.

Beaverfest. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light and sweetish malts, a modest lager character. Fluffy light tangy citrus. Mild floral bitterness. Clean but dry.
