Our sorbet series combines hoppy beers with fruit and vanilla, the parfait series adds flaked untoasted coconut! Richer, coconut -creamier, but still bright and drinkable. This installment showcases pineapple juice which creates a tropical vibe with the underlying blend of American and New Zealand hops. As usual a milkshake without dairy!

Canned 6/10/25, drunk 8/22/25.
Creamy-thick-milky. Big, fluffy, well-retained, off-white head.
Fruity and authentic with nothing weird going on. Creamy vanilla adds gentle sweetness to the round pineapple and light coconut. Mild hoppiness, just some citrus and such. Clean.
Soft, creamy, fruity, juicy, full of luscious vanilla. Could accuse it of being on the sweeter side, but hey, it's a milkshake full of fruit and vanilla. The hops do have actual, noticeable bitterness and there's lingering pine and wood and citrus rind. Love how real all the fruit and vanilla is.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy, straw colored pour, abundant white foamy head fades slowly. Aroma brings Coconut first, with a hint of pineapple. Pineapple emerges more dominant in the taste, a nice hit of zesty citrus, followed by some creamy coconut. Nice, but doesn't really come full circle for me. I feel some banana would make this brew better.

Tap. Pours milky yellow, small off-white head, good lacing. Aroma is vanilla, pineapple, coconut. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter. Heavy on the vanilla, light on the coconut. Medium body. Interesting.
