In the traditional styles, the IPA session was introduced in order to delight those consumers who wanted everything: aroma, bitterness, malt and low alcohol content, in order to be able to have a "session" of beers with friends. and being able to drink several Rounds without getting too drunk. This is why we take the name of our Session IPA as Rondes, which will allow you to enjoy a great beer, light, hops, flavorful and with the right and proper graduation to have a good time enjoying friends, from conversation and beer.

Huge offwhite head. Clear still coppery body. Resiny pine needle aroma with orangey herbal notes. Dry wooden resiny taste with chalky notes. Mid-to-thin body. Mild, flattish mouthfeel. Dry resiny chalky aftertaste with orangey notes. It’s OK, but I wouldn’t buy it again. Too thin and dry. (0.33l bottle, from somewhere in Barcelona.)

Slightly spicy and herbal aroma with weak, citrusy hoppy overtones, a touch of orange slices and cinnamon powder, watercress. Taste is dry, herbal, spicy, leafy, a touch of tobacco, green tea; slightly crumbly mouthfeel.

10th July 2016: day four of the RBESG. 1st beer of the day sat outside La Mes Petita, Barcelona. Draft pour, mini-haze to the deep golden body, the head a small, thin white affair. Both the aroma and taste were a pleasant blend of light malts and tropical fruits with a mild citrus leaning. Decent refreshing brew, good start to what was to be a long, heavy session as we progressed the ’Grand Tasting Two’.
