Mer interessant enn egentlig god.

Draught at Bryggerifestivalen, second day. Unclear brownish body, filmy layer, dotted spots on the glass. Mid-tart smell, a farmyard scent to it. Strange kind of taste, including vinegar, oak, and tart fruits. Prolonged ending. Fair enough (Trondheim, 01.08.2025).

Superficial tasting at Kristiansand matfestival 2025. Unclear brown body under a small white head. Aroma is acidic with malt, oak and ripe plum. Taste in the same direction, quite acidic but in a refreshing way. Malt, plum and oak, slightly funky.
