Created in 2014 by David and his wife Stéphanie, the Ibex microbrewery is based in the alpine ski resort of Morzine in Haute Savoie. We craft our beers from the unique source water flowing through the valley. Inspired by recipes from around the world, we favor low-alcohol beers favoring flavor and hopping. We installed a 20hl brewery in 2016 and have been steadily adding capacity, equipment and growing the team ever since!
