Description
Mankind has been producing alcoholic beverages from honey products for the past 8000 years. Production in Europe was first documented in 64 B.C. and the distillation of alcohol from the 11th Century, with mead always being considered a drink for kings and peasants alike.
Honey products are expensive, hard to work with and difficult to ferment, but the time and care it takes to make these spirits pays off in its flavor and complexity. Our honey, propolis and bee bread are made by bees that gather nectar from wild flowers and the use of high quality honey products contributes a unique character and allows us to create perfectly balanced spirits.
