Bottle, thanks to Sharon for picking me this up on our trip to the peaks, split at the Grand Reunion Tasting, Watford 02/10/20. Almost translucent pale yellow with a thin white cap formed of fast escaping bubbles. Nose is honey, sugars, grass, light perfume. Taste comprises pear drop, sweet, sugars, honeysuckle, grass, floral. Medium bodied, flight spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Ok mead but quite basic.
