About
Our Brasserie originally was born in 2010 in the heart of the 7 Valleys in Huby-Saint-Leu, a small village rich in this land of history under the name SaintLoupoise. In 2012, brewer Ludovic Dez decided to start making Anglo-Saxon beers in order to stand out from other breweries in the region (there was still little then, but the market was buoyant).

In 2017, Ludovic Dez left his main job as a maintenance electrician, to set up an ambitious project to create his own brewery. It took him almost two years to obtain the funds and the equipment. The new brewery started in September 2018, with a capacity of 800 hectolitre per year, it became a family craft business.

New premises, new equipment, new ideas - the adventure began, and I decided to brew Anglo-Saxon-inspired beers using carefully selected specialty malts, hops, and yeasts. You can't do this job if you're not truly passionate about the product. My goal, in addition to drawing inspiration from different beer styles, is also to innovate and take my customers on a sensory journey. My second passion is reflected in my labels, all related to the famous Titanic; each one tells a story.
