“Gipsy brewers”, “itinerant brewers”, call it what you want, at the beginning of our history, from December 2015, the Manuf traveled from brewery to brewery with its recipes and its hands. And we produced our beers with colleagues and friends: the Bellefois brewery, La Rainette, La Débauche, Gasconha ...

We opted for this development in several stages for budgetary reasons. Then in December 2017, the old brewing and packaging equipment from the Sainte Cru brewery in Colmar made the journey to join us in Poitiers. We installed our brewing equipment in January 2018 in Poitiers, following sixteen months of itinerant brewing.

At Manuf, we really like beer. And even THE beers. So according to our desires, we will brew different recipes, different styles… Some references will become permanent. The rest will continue to change, come and go. And in addition to our beers “ours” made from recipes that have matured in our heads since we have been brewing as an amateur, we will from time to time do collaborations with friendly breweries.
