Founded by François Woiselle and Maud Patriarca and located in Saint-Raphaël, in the heart of the Estérel.
François is a former graduate of the ESC Clermont-Ferrand, directly created the company Les Brasseurs de l'Estérel. A company that is rapidly moving its envelope, to the point of changing cubes like chemicals, since during the first 3 years, we are passing brassins from 5hL, to 10hL, to arrive at 20hL. Today, our brewery brews plus 1200hL per year.
Maud, brewer and co-founder, confectionery of beers to its image: soft, aromatic, and dalsaltérantes. A perfect blend for our scorching climate. Plus, Maud, a former jewelery / jewelery creator, has more expertise in her pocket since she realizes 100% of our in-house communication visuals!
Struck by the covid19 crisis, our brewery took advantage of this ''calm'' moment to reinvent and rebuild! An objective: to extend the thirst of our tourists and our students!
