Description
In Ierissos, Halkidiki, the big cauldrons are full and the boiling process is in the final stage. The smell of beer fermentation floods the space in the brewery of Dimitris Stathoris in Halkidiki and everything is ready for bottling. Just a kilometer below, in other cauldrons, at his father's cheese factory, the milk boils and there are only a few stages left until the feta is made. The twenty-five-year-old, who grew up in the cheese factory and learned all the secrets of cheese, left feta and deals with beer. In fact, today he maintains his own business that produces and bottles beers.
