I started making cider after a family trip to New Zealand where cider was on tap, it seemed, everywhere. Encouraged by my husband Trav, I started making cider in 2015.
A few years on, and here we are with some cider to share with you. Some ciders are infused with different fruits or spices, and others are made simply from dessert or cider specific apples.
With a move to Lang Lang, we have establishing a small orchard.
We hope to bring to you new flavours and styles over summer, and plan to have a lot of fun in the meantime.
