330ml bottle from Cider Infusion. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, caramel, chai spice notes. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, with tea & spiced notes, and drying tangy tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry spiced tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml.bottle from Cider Infusion. Batch 130S. Golden colour, white foam rim and aroma of apple, caramel. Taste is sweetish, baked appley, caramel, honey, tangy, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle from Cider Infusion. Hazed yellow colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of tropical fruits, feijoa, baked apple, caramel. Taste is tart & sweetish, feijoa, guava, floral, pineapple hint, appley, fleshy, with a caramel note, and some citric acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Hazed carrot looking orange topped with a good sized off white head.
Nose is apple skins, straw, herb, hedgerow.
Taste comprises tangy apples, light acidic tickle, orchard floor, faint caramel.
Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay drop ... over carbed for me though which detracted from the drinkabilty.

Taste is appley, with caramel, toffee, raisins, and some oaky wood barrel notes. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle from Cider Infusion. Dark red colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of strawberry jam, apple. Taste is sweet berries, raspberry & strawberry, appley, with some sourish notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying jammy berry finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle from Cider Infusion. Hazed orangey-red pinkish colour, white foamy head and aroma of apple, caramel, red grape. Taste is sweetish, baked appley, with burnt caramel, red grapey notes and some tangy acidity. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, drying tartish finish. Quite drinkable.
