330ml bottle from Cider Infusion. Batch 116. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is apple, fleshy, fruity, with oak barrel notes, alittle tartness and some drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Cider Infusion. Golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, clove, ginger, citric. Taste is sweet, appley with spices, ginger, alittle biscuit, chilli heat, some citrusy tartness and a hint of maple syrup. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying spiced warming finish. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle from Cider Infusion. Hazy orange golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, caramel. Taste is sweet, baked appley, with caramel, fudge, stone fruit notes and some drying soft tannins. Medium bodied, medium to high carbonation, drying tangy mellow tannic finish with lingering caramel. Nicely drinkable.

13/10/2022. Bottle from Jersey’s Cider House, Cranbourne West. Opened with a gush. Pours hazy pale orange amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma is sweet baked apple, apple core, toffee, light spiced notes. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Enjoyed this.

20/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is very subtle but develops nicely, has some apple, citrus, flowers, slight woody notes. Medium sweetness. Light sours. Medium body, oily, quite fizzy. Light dry finish, with developing woodiness. Good.
