The taste is the barrel character of bright alcohol Bourbon and oak wood, turning towards more traditional Oktoberfest notes of toffee malt, and earthy grass. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation, evident alcohol heat and lingering maltiness. Solid.

The chocolate is natural and well integrated. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation and the sweet finish lingers with the tasty cocoa. Well executed.
