So far of The Dude's beer that I've had, this is hands-down the best yet. The aromas are fairly mild with a hint of coconut, dark malt and and a bit of molasses. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, on the sweet side but everything is well balanced. Just right coconut with a hint of cocoa, some bitter and good carbonation. Not too bad.

I hope this is the final dudes beer that I ever have to try. What a mistake buying this stuff. The flavors again newbie homebrewer with Band-Aids unbalanced sweetness and bound for the drain.

This beer tastes like it was made by a newbie homebrewer. And the slogan, California, bad traffic, good beer - is embarrassing. Drain pour.

The aromas are dark malt, roast, with a little caramel and molasses. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, nuttiness comes forward along with some bittersweet. Ok beer.

Both the aromas and flavors are those of a yeasty Saison / farmhouse ale. Don't pick up any hops at all. If they would have brewed this as the above-mentioned beers it wouldn't be too bad but as an IPA it's pretty sad.

Can from Craft Beer Kings. Pours translucent gold with a finely foamed white head. Citrus/pine aroma. Med plus body. Flavor is citrus/pine - more orange than lemon - with slightly roasty malt. There's some hot bits/spice notes - maybe some passion fruit? Pretty dry. Pretty hoppy. Pretty bitter. Clean even. Nice.

[On tap at the Oneworld Lounge, LAX - as The Dudes IPA.] A hazy amber pour with a thin white head; orangey citrus aroma; smooth in the mouth with an orangey taste, spicy malts and resinous hops; and a pleasantly spicy finish. Rather good.

Tap at Craftheads. Taste is nutty. What a surprise! But actually, also a fair bit of spiky maltiness. Lingering aftertaste of nuts. Maybe not the most exciting beer I've ever had, but it's nice enough. Little bit of sweetness there. Cola and light bitterness.
