12 oz draft in a goblet glass at Barley’s Brewhaus in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a clear orange copper with more or less no head. The aroma is peach fruit along with subdued tart. The taste is the natural peach fruit, softly sweet with a hint of tartness in the back. The palate is medium to light bodied with a low level of soft carbonation and a mildly tart finish. Easy enough drinking.

16oz (473ml) can, bought for me by my son-in-law and drank on his patio in California on 4th June 2016. Cloudy haze to my yellow pour, the head a white and semi-lasting affair. Citrusy hop notes in both the aroma and taste, where have the malts gone too? Bohemian hops? I don’t think so either. Decent enough, but misses something with not any pronounced ’oomph’ or character.

Imagine you are on holiday in a Cabin with a Jacuzzi at some place in Big Bear Lake, California. It is hot on the afternoon of 31st May 2016 and we are sat outside in the warming sun. I crack open a 500ml can of this into the only two glasses the cabin held within. There is a slight haze to light amber/golden body, each tumbler had an off-white head that tried to last for a while. Nice blend with citrus and piney hops vying with light malty molasses in both the nose and taste. Easy drinking, the hops just about winning both the aroma and flavor stakes. Ideal ’chilling’ beer after a heavy day of driving and sight seeing.

Pour is a hazy bronze with a large white head. Aroma is a nice pine hop with no heavy malt to get in the way of the hops. Flavor is a nice dank and sticky hop with little or no malt presence to sweeten the beer. Not a huge hop presence but it’s there in spades after the swallow because the malt is so transparent. Like the rater below me said, this is probably the best The Dudes beer I’ve had. Pretty good hop flavor for a low alcohol beer.

16oz can pours with a watery crystal clear gold body that supports a thin dirty white head. The aroma offers up some dank spicy onion and a dash of mango like hoppiness. The taste delivers bitter grapefruit and spicy onion hops. It gets faintly mango like for a moment or two riding on top of a thin body. Pretty nice session.
