Can. Translucent yellow gold with a big sudsy white head that has fair retention. The aroma is pineapple and melons. The taste is more of the same, but weaker. The palate is thin and light. Finishes dry with mild bitterness. Overall: Unremarkable --This might be nicer on a hot summer day.

Can - lightly hazy gold - strikes a nice balance of hop bitterness and Belgian yeast phenolics - spicy and peppery, with nice compliments from the citric notes of the hops - has some honey sweetness on the back end, but is surprisingly, pleasantly dry overall - drinks like a pretty decent Tripel - I dig it!

Taster at Beasts & Brews. Pours a clear, golden color, with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is dry grass, spruce, white bread, and rose. Sweet and malty, with a crisp, clean bitterness. Light, crisp, and clean. This is an easy and well made pilsener.
