Description
La Crosse Wisconsin is a beer town. It’s been that way since La Crosse was just a settlement more than 160 years ago. There’s something special about living in a beer town — but brewing beer in a beer town? Totally kick-ass.
We’ve been at it since 1999. Crankin’ out award-winning beers and being part of the history of this town. Brewing great beer isn’t everything — it’s the only thing. Come on in and check it out.

On draught at the Freight House in La Crosse. Pours dark brown with a medium thin beige head that lasts pretty long. Nutty, malty aroma. Medium-bodied (a little watery at times) and smooth with an earthy malt flavor, along with notes of chocolate and nuts. The flavor is not very pronounced though. The finish is thin with sweet malt and caramel flavors. Fairly average overall.
