[ As Larvik Svennerskum ].Unclear - hazy light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, spicy, coriander, sour malt - fruit notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, yeast, coriander, citrus tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141031]

Fra flaske på Cardinal, DSJT nov-14: uklar kobberfarge, og kveldens korteste skum. Uinteressant krydret syrlighet. Honnningen som skal være tilsatt merker jeg ikke. Tynne saker, kjennes uferdig.

From bottle labelled "Bølgen 5år!", batch 137. NOK 105 for 0,25 litres at Sanden at Bølgen kulturhus, Larvik. Clear, pale orange. Off-white head. Aroma and taste of malt, overripe fruit and wet cardboard. Low bitterness. Some malt sourness.

From bottle at Larvik Mikrobryggeri 04.11.14 with KL. Very hazy amber. Small off-white head. Not much lacing. Very earthy aroma and taste, with pine, orange, citrus, pine and anis. A bit flat. Not as refreshing as one would expect from an IPA.

From tap at Larvik Mikrobryggeri 04.11.14 with KL. Greyish, pale strawcolour. Dense and persistent off-white head. Aroma of citrus, banana and coriander. Taste of slightlt sour overripe bananas and other fruit.

Cloudy amber head with a fine tan head. Looks really fine. Malty, bacon and wood aroma. Medium body. Tad sweet and an ok bitterness. Average to soft carbonation. A bit weird flavor. Harse bacon? Also some sour notes.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, dusty malt, tart notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, roasted, burnt malt, ash, light tart.
