On tap at Nola, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out some rustic notes, floral notes, and a touch of oak. Flavour is muted, with earthy yeast, some rustic notes, and light floral notes. A bit muted and murky, with not a great wild yeast expression. Meh.

On tap at Nola, pours a cloudy dark-ish orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of wild yeast, acidic stone fruits, and a touch of oak. Flavour has some nice wild yeast expression, with plenty of sour stone fruits, spicy cherrie pie, moderate sweetness, and a touch of oak. Nice balance but still a bit too acidic and sweet for me. Good.

On tap at Nola, pours a mostly clear golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out tons of acidity, some acetyldehyde, floral hopping, and vinegary notes. Flavour is unfortunately the same, with tons of acetyldehyde, intense acidity, and floral hops. A total mess. Undrinkable.

On tap at Nola, pours a clear golden with a tiny head. Aroma is dry, with rustic saison yeast and a hint of oak. Flavour has some rustic saison yeast, light residual sweetness, and a touch of woody oak. Rustic, lightly sweet and woody, with low carbonation. Good but needs more attenuation, more carb and less acidity.

On tap at Nola, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has some coal-like roasted malt, some woody notes, and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is rich, with lots of roasted malt, cocoa, and woody notes. Fairly dry, roasty and balanced. Nothing exceptional but it's well-made for sure.

On tap at Nola, pours an opaque dark orange with a small white head. Aroma has a weird earthy, armpit-y hop character and bready malt. Flavour has some issues, with a strange earthy hop character, floral soapiness⦠ugh. Too floral and just not a nice hop expression. Not good.
