Bottle @ home, maybe thanks to jcnielsen. Huge gusher. I lost most of the bottle to gushing. Pours a hazy yellow appearance with a massive white head. The aroma is somewhat neutral- lemon, wheat, grass, touch of honey, and salt. Somewhat tart, lemon yogurt. Lightly salty. Juicy, moderately dry. Very refreshing. Pretty solid though I didn’t like how fucken carbonated it was.

Pours cloudy white with good head and lacing. Pear is great. Good balance. Some bread yeast, some citrus. I don’t know what sumac is but this is good. Tangy finish. Tap at Churchkey.

Tallboy can @ home, thanks to jcnielsen. Pours a very light yellow appearance with a white head. Aroma is quite floral / green herbal, a bit twangy, bubblegum, and peppery. Moderate plus sweetness, low bitterness. Lots of green herbs, basil, pineapple, and bubblegum. I wouldn’t drink this again.

Draft. Hazy golden yellow color, white head. Basil is up front in the aroma, with light citrus in the background. Taste is herbal lemon peel. Clashed slightly, but it works well enough.
