Keg at Jabeerwocky, Warsaw, 06/04/17. Light black with a decent tan head. Nose is chocolate, spice, toffee, dark fruit rinds, mellow roast. Taste comprises dusty fruits, toffee, charr, chocoalte biscuit, raisins, roast malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid porter.

Bottled. A brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of cherries, alcohol, fruit, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of cherries, alcohol, nuts, wood, and caramel, leading to a dry nutty finish.

330mml. bottle as part of the European Local Swap 2/2018, many thanks to vami for this bottle. Tasted on the 25/05/2018 at home. Dark reddish colour with a medium tan creamy head. Aroma is cherries, cherry wine, plum, liquorice and red berries. Taste is intense sweet, liquorice and cherry leading to a slighlty plum and sugar finish. Long sweet aftertaste. Next one please!

Barwa złota, zamglone, piana biała, umiarkowanej wielkości i trwałości. W aromacie cytrusy, zioła, trawa, estry, przyprawy. W smaku lekko słodowe, sporo estrów i fenoli, do tego cytrusy i tropiki, nieco ziołowości. Goryczka średnia, wysycenie nieco za niskie, ciało w normie. Nieco przekombinowane, zwykle American Saison to bardzo udane hybrydy, tutaj ta soczkowość Vermontowa nieco psuje odbiór. Zwłaszcza, że brakuje wysycenia, przez co jest nieco za mdłe.

0,5l bottle at home shared by Sander, big thanks. BB 27.12.2018. dark yellow lightly cloudy color, small white head. smells of thyme, ginger, sweet ginger, flowery, bit musty, lemongrass, nice to very nice smell. medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of lemongrass, flowery, some thyme, ginger, citric, grassy, lime, some spices, bit citric, hints of chilis, light coconut. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, ginger and light coconut. very nice one, very nice complexity, very unique, surprisingly good to drink, overall very nice one. One of the better polish beers I had in a while.

Hazy gold. Aroma is Thai curry, ginger, coconut, oils, a bit sticky, cream. Taste is sour lime at first, bitter lemon grass, some spicyness. Wheat malt mouthfeel. Quaffable and complex. Very interesting. A very unique masterpiece.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is spicy ginger, some habanero noticeable, coconut. Taste is ginger, coconut, habanero catch, lemongrass, refreshing, a touch yeast. Velvety mouthfeel with a touch minerals. High but fine-bubbled carbonation. Awesome!
