Canned 4/3, drunk 7/5/18.
Clear, deep brass. Large, white head showing moderate retention.
Smells of ginger and malty cookie sugar. The light lime and moderate ginger aren't fake or terribly overdone, though the ginger is certainly front-and-center. No booze and seemingly well-attenuated.
In the mouth it's malty-sweet and the lime matches the ginger in its strength. The malt is really nice and is supple and rich, helping to balance the adjunct. More of a spice/fruit beer than a cream ale, but as such, it's awesome and well-done. Not cheap/fake nor sugary. Great carbonation level and good texture.

16 ounce Prowler bought at Liquor Shed.
Pours a very dark and clear red, not much foam, no lacing but gawd, that smell when I unscrewed the cap..
Huge caramel malt, oak from the barrel, notes of sherry and or port. Wow. Knock my socks off.
The taste comes close to match the outstanding smell. Sherry and a bunch of caramel malt with a healthy dose of booze from the barrel aging makes this quite the drop. The booze is just a bit too forward to rate the taste as high as the smell. If this ever gets packaged, watch out!
Close to full bodied, gentle carbonation.
Outstanding brew from Black Tooth.

Prowler bought at Liquor Shed for $5.50.
Pours a clear copper, an inch of foam and some lacing.
Smells of lightly tart cherries, bit of clove, wheat, some other spices.
The taste has the lightly tart cherries, mild cloves, bread, wheat, smooth flavours and smooth mouthfeel.
Kind of a unique Saison that satisfies my palate.

Draft/Fest. A- Fruity, caramel, boozy. A- Copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Caramel, fruity, booze. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish. O- Going in I had no idea what this style was but assumed after first taste it was a barleywine. Loaded with boozy caramel and soft fruit notes. Not bad.

Draft/Fest. A- Coffee, bitter, earthy. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, tan head. T- Roasty, bitter, coffee. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, roasty finish. O- Pretty standard coffee beer. Fair amount of bitterness, roasty and earthy notes, and light touch of sweetness. Decent beer. Also my third beer in a row with the name "Joe" in it.
