… and England have failed to qualify for the World Cup, 2 Unlimited are Top of the Pops with their dance smash No Limit, Shane Warne has bowled the ‘Ball of the Century’ and Rooster’s Brewing Co. has just hatched - forever changing the shape of beer in the UK. Cask @ GBBF, 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a off white head and lacings. Grass, peach and straw. Smooth.

Cask, handpump at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks 15.08.11 Pours dark brown with ruby glints and a tan head. Nice aroma, toasty, roasty and woody with vanilla. Taste is also roasty with a light creamy vanilla streak running through this. Some burnt coffee. toasty again. Good beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and slightly flowery notes as well. Flavour is fruits, wood, some floral and mildly malty notes. Ends quite floral and bready.

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with mild caramel notes. Flavour is caramel malts, some fruity, wooden and mild sweet notes. A bit sweeter than your average bitter.

Cask (handpump) @ Southampton Arms, 139 Highgate Road, London, Greater London, England NW5 1LE.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, spicy, herbal, health sweets. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grass - straw, spicy, herbs - herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110729]

Cask@Southampton Arms, London. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and mildly earthy notes as well. Flavour is fruits, wood, earth, some malts and mild earthyness to it as well.

Cask @ Camperdown Place, JDW. Clear golden colour, white head. Nose is lemon, flowery, fruity. Flavour is slightly malted, fruity, a bit hoppy, slight vegetables. Fruity finish

Cask at the Black Bear, Gornal. Pours dark orange with a small head. Aroma has orange and piney hops. Taste starts with piney citrus hops. Medium bitter piney hop finish, which is a little short.

Cask @ The Crown River, JDW, Heathrow. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy aroma with weak hints of elderflower.Has a fruity malty weak hoppy bitter elderflower flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy elderflower finish.

Cask. Golden colour, minor bubbly head. Aroma is caramel malts, some sweet wood, nectar and mild grainy/hayish notes. Flavour is rather similar with also some mild eggy notes.
