Tap @ brewery. Deep brown appearance with an off white head. Deep roasty wheat malty, a touch burnt, banana, clove aroma. A little thin body. Roasted, a bit burnt, wheat malty flavor with a moderate note of banana.

Tap @ brewery. Clear dark golden appearance with no head. Potent spicy cinnamon vanilla aroma. Fruity, cinnamon spicy, vanilla flavor. A little awkward flavor.

Tap @ brewery. Hazy, burnt orange appearance with a creamy, off white head. Slightly spicy hoppy, light honey, toasted caramel malty flavor. Tangy, honey, toffee, spicy, belgian yeasty flavor. Kind of weird.

Tap @ brewery. Clear, light golden orange appearance with a white head. Citrusy hoppy, toasty, light caramel malty aroma. Fairly citrus hoppy forward, dull toffee, caramel malty flavor. Maybe the most citrusy amber ale I’ve ever had but it’s not bad.

Tap @ brewery. Dark appearance with a tan head. Slightly fruity, roasty dark malty aroma. Tangy, fruity, deep roasty malty flavor. I think that there may have been a mild infection but I could be wrong. Update: tried it again and this time didn’t taste infected. Nice nuttiness and toasty caramel malts.

Tap @ brewery. Very clear, dark golden appearance with a white head. Toasty, light caramel malty, dull hoppy aroma. Pretty grassy, herbal hoppy, still caramel malty flavor. Bleh. Update: second time that I had this it was fairly tart and fruity. Tasted infected to me, but the bartender told me that this batch was just a bit "fruitier".

Tap @ brewery. Slight hazy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Somewhat fruity, citrusy, slightly grassy hoppy, pale malty aroma. Refreshing citrusy, light pale malty flavor with some grassy, herbal hops on the finish. Not bad.

Growler thanks to BeerandBlues2. Pours with a lightly hazed cola looking body with a small off-white head. Aromas of chocolate, graham cracker/breadiness, light esters, milk chocolate and rootbeer. Flavors are sweet (albeit not cloying in the slightest), graham cracker, a bit of vanilla, marshmallow, chocolate syrup, light roast. Light bubbles with a medium body. Really creative and tasty stuff!

Growler thanks to BeerandBlues2. Pours with a murky red to pink hued body with a small white head. The aroma is mindblowing. Really jelly, jam, fruity, nutty, toasted bread, biscuit, mild esters and peanuts. Flavors are amazing. Perfectly balance of sweetness: just enough to get the experience across and in no way cloying. Fruity, jammy, juicy, grapes and berries. Bready, nutty. Amazingly solid. Light carbonation with a medium to full body. One of the best beers I had all weekend in Colorado. Rating #5500.

Tap at the brewery and now from a growler - lively cloudy straw color - alderwood smoke in the nose is lovely and inviting - notes of wheat, clove, sage and other spices in the aroma compliment this quite well - soft carbonation in the mouth - a very dry hefe serves as the base for the smoke - clove and notes of cardamom - white pepper and sage - the smoke is just present enough to add complexity to the dry, spice character of the beer - dry finish of campfire smoke and white pepper - lingering tanginess - love it - the haters are out of their minds.
