Pint at the brewery. Pours black, with a big, foamy, beige head. The aroma is milk chocolate, light chicory, caramel, and sawdust. Sweet and malty, with a good touch of bitterness. Nice velvety texture. Easy, light stout, but with some good complexity and balance. On point.

10 oz. pour at the brewery. Pours a hazy-ish, straw color, with a medium, white head. The nose is caramel, lime zest, candy orange, and rose. Sweet and sugary, with a light estery hit. Mellow and yeasty. Fun.

Pint at the brewery. Pours a clear, brown color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is rye malts, pumpernickel, light smoke, pine, and brown sugar. Malty, but pretty dry. Biting and sticky. Mellow brown ale.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine & Liquor in Colorado Springs, CO. Pours a pitch black color with a small medium tan head and fair retention. No lacing. Dark roasted coffee and chocolate aroma. Very dark roasted flavor, mostly coffee and molasses based with just a touch of bitter chocolate. Slightly thin mouthfeel for the style. The 7.2% ABV is mostly hidden, but warming. Very smooth.

Pint at the brewery. Pours an opaque, golden color, with no head. The aroma is lime zest, strong cinnamon, heavy cream, butterscotch, and syrup. Very sweet, with a mild, spicy finish. Medium body, with a syrupy, creamy, and kinda dusty palate. This is a creative and fun beer, if a bit cloying.

Pint at the brewery. Pours black, with a medium, fizzy, beige head. The nose is milk chocolate, light cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, and some toast. Sweet and decadent, but a little bitter, giving a surprisingly good balance. Medium to heavy body, with a lively, creamy, and thick palate. This is a quality s'mores beer! Great character and balance, and quite focused. Highly recommend you go get yourself a pint!

Nitro, I think. Pint at the brewery. Pours black, with a big, fine, bubbly, beige head. The aroma is chalk, mellow coffee, walnuts, cocoa powder, and biscuit dough. Sweet and roasted, with a smooth bitterness. Surprisingly light body, with a velvety, smooth palate. This is a quality, yeasty, and fun beer.
