Description
Beer For People Who Love To Ride Dinosaurs!
From the moment they started they knew they weren’t cool. They didn’t have beards and attempts at growing them were simply humiliating and a little embarrassing for them and their families. So they set aside their rose scented facial wax and tiny combs and focused on what they knew best… brewing quality beer (and dinosaur puns)!
Hatched in 2015 by three clean shaven friends with an obsession for beer and dinosaurs, Staggeringly Good have quickly become known as one of the UK’s leading breweries ranking consistently in the TOP 20 in the country on Untappd.’
Yes it’s all got a little out of control since we first uttered the sentence ‘Hey shall we get together on Sunday and brew some beer?’. Now there are grown up things like bills and stuff, but don’t worry we’re not going to let that get in the way of us having a grain sack load of fun. Catch you at the tap room soon dino-riders!

Can bought at The Fossil Thief, Portsmouth. Hazy-opaque pale purple. Thick foamy pink tinged head. Aroma is sour and yoghurt-esque, with peripheral herbal matcha-ness. Flavourwise it's got sharp tart berries but with a layer of juicy sweetness. An underlying earthiness. Yoghurt. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice. Possibly a tad old. Sat outside in the semi-darkness so can't be bothered to squint out the BBD.

Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow puckering edge.
Okay refresher.

Okay easy going sour.

Can bought at The Fossil Thief, Portsmouth. Cloudy light green with a yellow tinge. No head. Aroma is sweet - banana dominates- with a slightly acidic edge. Flavourwise it's got a sweet nana cire and apple juice, with a sour streak that's got vinous elements, apple sourness and sherbert. Thick. Creamy. Flat carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Not a serious beer but I like it and it suffices as today's pudding.

Can from The Fossil Thief, Southampton. Opaque, slightly hazy neon orange. Initially foamy white head disappears almost entirely. Aroma had tart but sweet fruit with a vinous edge. Flavourwise it's actually quite sweet and pulpy before a restrained but still tart sour streak appears. Medium bodied. Oily. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. A pleasant if restrained Sour.
