About
We opened our doors in 2011 near Park Meadows Mall as the first brewery in Lone Tree, Colorado. Our neighborhood-focused, family-friendly brewery and tasting room regularly hosts community events that gather around a stylistically diverse lineup of flagship, seasonal and limited release beers. Lone Tree is dog friendly, home to our own running club, weekly Brewery Bootcamp workouts, and dedicated to supporting rotating nonprofit organizations through tasting room sales.

Bottled. A dark red-brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bread, leading to a dry bready finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Tap @ Lone Tree. Pours a dark orangish brown appearance with an off white head. Meaty smoky, ham, thick caramel, toasty malty aroma. A touch fruity, fairly high carbonated, meaty smoky, light ashy flavor. Very nice meaty element going on but it’s a bit thin and has an estery element that I’m not overly fond of.

Tap @ Lone Tree. Pours a murky, yellow orange appearance with a white head. Fairly spicy, piney, resiny, light citrus hoppy aroma. A bit chewy, bright liberty hoppy, somewhat spicy flavor. Nice stuff.

Tap @ brewery. Cloudy, golden orange appearance with a small white head. Very earthy, herbal, a touch citrus hoppy aroma. Dull, earthy, tangy, barnyard (?), bitter flavor. Hmmm, maybe try a different combo of hops?

Tap @ Lone Tree. Hazy, orangish golden appearance with a white head. The aroma is quite sweet and fruity (apple, peach, orange) and more reminiscent of a belgian ale. Again, the flavor is pretty sweet and lacks the dry, spicy elements that I enjoy in saisons; the flavor is mostly a fruit cocktail of apple, banana, peach, and mango. Too bad.

Tap @ Lone Tree. Brown appearance with a tan head and pretty good lacing. Toasty, a bit nutty, caramel, dark malty, very light fruity aroma. Light fruit (apple, banana), light yeast, toasty caramel malty, somewhat burnt flavor. Bleh.
