Description
We opened our doors in 2011 near Park Meadows Mall as the first brewery in Lone Tree, Colorado. Our neighborhood-focused, family-friendly brewery and tasting room regularly hosts community events that gather around a stylistically diverse lineup of flagship, seasonal and limited release beers. Lone Tree is dog friendly, home to our own running club, weekly Brewery Bootcamp workouts, and dedicated to supporting rotating nonprofit organizations through tasting room sales.

Medium amber with a light haze - a fairly sugary sweet brew, but with a bit of tanginess and a strong spice in the finish that does a fair job balancing this sweetness - notes of raisin and light esters - brown sugar - light melanoidin quality - almost tastes like a Doppelbock brewed with ale yeast - tasty, just fairly sugary.

Turbid orange pour - nose of dough, light spice, earthy notes, a bit of sweet maltiness and very light esters - slightly chewy/yeasty body - medium sweet, with a lot of toasty grain notes, light toast, mild earthy hops - mild esters and an odd grapefruit note on the end - moderate acidity on the tail end - decent, but a little messy.

Lightly hazy gold - nose of honey-sweet pils malt, grassy noble hops, some peppery notes - flavor is initially a little sweet for my tastes, but this is balanced out by some strong, grassy and peppery hop character, as well as a moderate mineral notes that arrives late - a bit of floral character - lingering bitterness in the finish - still a bit sweet, but a very solid pils.

Tap @ brewery. Cloudy, light banana yellow appearance with a white head. Spicy clove, bubblegum, yeasty, wheat malty aroma. Fairly sweet, banana/clove flavor at the beginning and leads to a soapy, peppery finish. A little bit of citrusy tartness. Ok.
