Right from the start I knew this was something special with its wax/plastic bottle cap seal (with a pull off string). Smell is ok, a little clean with some mild fruit perfume. Look is sediment floaters on less hazy hefe. Yes, taste is a little boozy and it does seem a liitle more than 7%. Volatile at times as the fumes go up the back of yer throat to the olfactory. I’m fairly used to the tarter indigo imps and this is less tart, especially on the finish.

My bottle said ’spring’ on it. Lots of fine yeast on the bottom of the bottle. Gentle pour reveals a slightly hazy pale yellow and it gets more cloudy near the bottom. Funky aroma, like dry fruit wine of sorts. Taste is farmy, almost like watered down dry apple cider. Rather laid back and there is no sign of high alky as the 7% would indicate on this site, more like 4%! Fun easy slightly dull hopped, just barely. Unique and one of the better saisons I’ve had. Mild medium low finsh. Not quite as good as JP bam nor silly, but very good.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden amber color with a small foamy yellow-white head that faded and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet an yeasty with notes of pine and tropical fruits. The flavor was tangy and a bit tart with sugar and strong tropical fruits. Long sugar and tropical fruit finish. Moderately full bodied. Well done.
