Hazy golden beer, white head. Light aroma if citrus and the brut. Flavour has that distinct brut taste as well, clear but mellow. Citrus in there and some grassy hop. A little floral too. Nice bittersweet finish.

Can ordered from Left Field Beer, Solihull. Aroma combines sour berries caramel and rye sourdough. Opaque chestnut. Thick foamy beige head - it was a gusher. Mmm... initial sourness - berries with that rye edge and a touch of resin. Followed by tempering creamy caramel. Albeit the sourness and bitterness are in throughout. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable fruity Amber Ale.

Can from the strait and narrow at home. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma of citrus and coconut. The coconut and resin taste seems an awkward clash. Medium body.

30/5/2021. Can shared with Dan and ITFCfan, bought at The Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Pours clear mahogany brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of chocolate crunch, chocolate pudding, light roasted malt, vanilla and chocolate custard. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, average carbonation. The best school dinner deserts - in a can. Good stuff.
