From cask. Pours hazy yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is sulphorish and slight apple crisp fruity. Fruity and slight sulphorish. Dry finish.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 09, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium yellow color with a no head. Aroma is moderate apple, wood, tart, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20090805]

@GBBF2009. Yellow colour, no head. Aroma is sweet rotten apples along with some yeast, bacon and mild vanillaish notes. Flavour is much the same in a nice balöance. Very pleasant and thirstquenching cider.
