Tasting at Erik's, can; 6.5% ABV
Hazy dull golden colour. Just an old style IPA, a bit husky, no bright hops, mildly sweet, with some herbaceous bitterness in the finish. Not so good.

Tall can at Erik's. Appearance: clear copper with a white head. Aroma: some strange sour dirty notes. Taste: along the same lines, very aggressive and abrasive. Overall: BAD!

Light grass. Clear amber gold with a decent white head. Malty, caramel and some earthy hops. A bit sweet and bitter.

16 oz. can, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy armpits, dulled hops, and bready malt. Flavour is very flat, with earthy hops, some dulled citrus, and bready malt. The hops are dull and there isn't much to this. Not good.

16 oz can. Gorgeous looking beer--hazy golden, large pillowy off-white head with excellent retention, leaving patterns of lace. Aroma is chalk, banana, wheat. Taste is lightly sweet with a faint acidity in the finish. The banana esters are really light here, making this resemble an American wheat, a la Widmer Hefe, rather than a true German Hefeweizen. At least it has some banana esters, though, unlike Widmer's. Not too bad for what it is.

16 oz Can pours a hazy orange light amber with a shortlived fizzy that settles down to just a few thin patches. Stale papery light grain aromas and flavors. Moderately bitter and light bodied. Not much here.

Can. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and caramel flavor with light pine. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Light grapefruit and light pine linger with light caramel.
