Bottle from Waitrose drunk at home. Clear gold no head. Quite a distinctive aroma, somewhere between cheese, milk and apple juice. Dry on the finish. I’m not a fan of this. Some apple flavour later is ok, but that aroma puts me off.

500ml bottle from Glug, Newcastle. First time I had this was at the beach with the missus and was superb; very refreshing, light and with a great bittersweet character. A very good well-rounded cider from arguably the best cider apple there is.

500 ml bottle purchased from The Tiddly Pomme, Faversham. Slightly unclear golden body with a fast disappearing small white head. Nice and clean apple aroma. The taste has a rich apple flavor, a hint of wood and very dry. Medium body and the aftertaste feels almost dust dry. Quite nice in apple flavor but a bit too dry for me at the end of the bottle.

Bottle shared at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter Tasting 2013 - London. Pours clear gold with a light, white film. Dank, heavy apple nose, suggestions of sugar to come. Big sweet flavor with lightly sweaty funk, good sugar, dank apples. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly syrupy. Moderate dryness to finish but sticky sweet, too, with plenty of ripe apples. So so.
