Bottle, 3.6%. Good grapefruity hop aroma. Hazy pale yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour starts off with a mild grapefruit note and a clean medium bitterness. A mild saltiness in the finish gives a good mouthfeel for the ABV.

Beżowa, ładna drobnopęcherzowa piana. Aromat przyjemny, średniointensywny. Czuć przede wszystkim czekoladę, praliny, wędzonkę, wanilię, orzechy. W smaku jest słodycz, czekolada, praliny. Wędzonka bardziej wyczuwalna niż w aromacie. Lekko kwaśne. Goryczka niska, lekko alkoholowa. Pełnia średnia. Wysycenie niskie, odpowiednie. Bardzo dobry porter. Aż prosi się by zrobić go w wersji imperialnej, by wszystkiego było ciut więcej.

Aroma has sweet licorice and smoky notes. Also some baking stuff. Flavour has sweetish toffee notes, licorice, tobacco and ash. Also mild peaty tones. Somewhat pleasant but nothing special, even a bit bland and boring. Perhaps this should be smoked?

Aroma has sweet fruity notes and funky yeasty tones. Flavour has funky yeast, citrus and mild floury tones. Also mild cardboardy tones. Quite typical wit actually.

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 25.08.2016, temperatura degustacji 12-14 stopni, szkło ipa glass. Aromat: po otwarciu butelki intensywny aromat cytrusowy, po przelaniu do szkła owoce tropikalne, aromaty chmielowe dosyć szybko ulatują ustępując miejsce podbudowie słodowej z karmelową nutą, jak się ogrzeje po zamieszaniu szkła wychodzi delikatny dms ale jest na tyle słaby że nie przeszkadza, naprawdę trzeba się wczuć (chyba że ktoś jest wyczulony na tą wadę) . Barwa: ciemne złoto (jak na West Coast wydaje się trochę za ciemne), zamglone. Piana: średnia koloru przybrudzonej bieli, drobno pęcherzykowa z kremową czapą na czubku, średnio trwała, opadając delikatnie zdobi szkło. Smak: w smaku dobry balans jest słodka słodowość przełamana wyraźną grejpfrutową goryczką przez co finisz jest wytrawny z żywiczno-iglastym posmakiem, trochę taniniczny, mimo że tylko 70ibu czuć cierpkość na podniebieniu i języku. Wysycenie średnie,średnia pełnia, pijalne. Podsumowując całkiem dobre WC Ipa, najmocniejsza strona to smak.

500ml bottle. Jet black colour with small to average, thick, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, tan head. Smoky, roasty dark malty aroma, notes of Mettwurst, burnt coffee, dark chocolate. Taste is initially slightly sweet chocolately malty, notes of treacle, liquorice, chocolate, toffee, nougat, transforms via dry, ashy, papery and smoky to reestablish chocolately notes in the finish with additional hints of coffee and vanilla; a lactic touch throughout. Smooth and soft, slightly sticky palate, oily texture. Rich and manifold, thereby relatively light and drinkable.

Bottle, 4.5%. Quite citric hop aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is fruity with a citric touch, some fruit and a little tea and vegetable. Medium, unclean bitterness in the finish.

Black, creamy beige head. Roasted malt and coffee aroma, smoke. Notes of chocolate. Coffee and chocolate flavour, still some notes of smoke. End on a good roasted bitter note. Nice.

Bottle, 7.8%. Lactic and creamy aroma. Almost black colour. Good stable light brown head. The flavour is a lot like the aroma, but more creamy than citric. It has both, though. A little sweet and smokey with a distinct bitterness. Late creamed coffee aftertaste along with a distinct lactose sweetness.
