Kolor głebokiego różu wpadający w czerwień i fiolet, lekko zmętniony, piana różowo bioała, średnio obfita, niespecjalnie trwała. Zapach intensywny, porzeczka, wiśnie, malinowa mamba, kwaskowe nuty owoców i kefiru. Przyjemny, dobrze ułożony. W smaku lekkie, dość wytrawne, wyraźne nuty kwaskowe, kwas mlekowy, kefir, kwaśne owoce, rabarbar, wiśnie, młode i dorzałe, maliny, porzeczki, całość dobrze ułożona. Goryczka niska, pestkowa, krótka. W ustach mocno ściągające od kwasku, orzeźwiające i pijalne. Nasycenie umiarkowane do niskiego.

A clear dark golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild oranges, tangerine, citrus, caramel. Taste of dry citrusy hops, caramel, tea, hay. Long bitter finish.

The third one of 22 beers for our 12th wedding anniversary. Išmar's.
Can 0.44l, four and half years aged. Clear, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted, ash, dark chocolate, sour cherry, prunes. FLAVOR- smooth, lightly sweet, moderately sour, lightly bitter, sour cherry, red wine, a bit earthy, touch of ash, cherry, plum. Medium to fuller bodied.
Not great, I'm afraid. Our Raven can such stuff with every their stout, just let them half year aging...

Miedziana barwa, w miarę klarowne, piana intensywna, opada pozostawiając minimalne ślady na szkle. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty biszkoptowe, chlebowe, ziołowe. W smaku podobnie do aromatu, goryczka na średnim poziomie, nasycenie również na średnim poziomie, alkohol niewyczuwalny.

500ml Can - Golden/light amber with a slight haze. Orange, mango and some slightly herbal notes in the aroma. Hoppy taste with orange, herbs, peach and some slightly biscuity hints.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Caramel, herbs and some hints of gooseberries in the aroma. Earthy and even slightly salty taste with caramel dominating. I think something went wrong here.
