Draft. Rich amber beer with a thin off-white head. Low malt aroma. tart/oaky flavor with backing malt. Not overly tart,o but it lingers with the oak. Medium body. Gets better as you drink more. Dry finish. I don’t know what he’s going for in this beer, so feel free to change the category of "ale" to somethign more appropriate.

Draft. Amber color with a whitish head. Spicy aroma with some mineral and malt. More caramel than I would have expected in the flavor to go with some spice and mineral tones. LIngering caramel and mineral. Medium body. Not bad for an easy drinking lager.

Cask. Hazy bronze beer with a creamy off-white head. Slight caramel aroma. Caramel malt flavor with backing hops. Lots of caramel, but some citrus lingers. A bit more body than many cask beers.

Draft. Bronze beer with a nice off-white head. Earthy/spicey aroma that seems to be mostly from the rye. Spicy/earthy flavor - light citrus/slight wheat. Again rye adds most to the contribution. Some metallic tones. Light grassy finish. Didn’t get much toasty flavor.

Dark amber colour. Lovely floral, citric aroma. Moderate bitterness, fruity hoppiness. Slightly sticky. The malts are overdone, knocking the balance out of whack. IPAs and chewiness don’t work for me.

Rich reddish-amber. Deep berryish hop aroma. Rich resiny, berryish character...a bit cloying though. I enjoy the unique hop character, but find the malts a big sticky, which screws up the balance and body.

Dark brown colour. Fairly rich malty, chocolatey aroma. Full malt character is sweet and rounded with light roasty accents. Has a bit of chewiness and, surprisingly, late alcohol. Drinks fairly big.

Draught at Toronado, San Francisco. Clear amber. Aroma of grapefruit and licorice. Dryish with clean, rounded mouthfeel, unfortunately also somewhat sticky. The malt provides a solid body and some cookie flavours. The hops provide an intense, salty bitter finish.
