Dark brownish amber. Thick head. Very toasty malts and leafy hops. Quite dry but big hop profile makes this very black ipa-ish. More a Societe beer I would say, but either way I can dig it.

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a peppery hop character with a dry biscuity malt base. Flavour is dry and bright, with peppery hops and crisp biscuity malt. Peppery, dry, crisp finish. Good.

Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, roasted - toasted, bread, sweet malt, dark malt, berries - cola - coffee beans - bread - rye bread touch.
