Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dallo speziato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta trasparente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, pane, biscotto, cereali, frutta secca, erbaceo, un accenno di resinoso e agrumi.

Draught Medium, irregular white head over hazy pale yellow beer with an orangeish sheen. Some cheesy notes, bread with a cheese spread and herbs. Again the herbs in the mouth, other grains, wholemealbread. Slick, light body, medium carbonation. I keep having trouble with spelt (Dinkel), it giving often a flavour of stale bread, that does annoy me. No exception here, even if it is mild.

Bottle from the brewery, 50cl exp 11/21 6.2%. Grain and citrus hop nose on a big fat-bubbled head. Hazy amber with some floaty chunks. Quite high carb. Medium body, malty with a bit of caramel, hop flavor is citrus oriented and a bit unbalanced, metallic/mineral. The Helles was really good, this Pale Ale seems better than reviews from a few years ago, but could still use some more refinement.

Glass from tap at the brewery. Orange-amber hazy with a big lasting head. Mild grain nose. Good body. Flavor is full malt like a barley field, with a mild bitterness, and a hint of astringency. Pretty clean and solid Naturtrüb Helles.
