Draught @ Leibhaftig, Metzer Str. 30, Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin Germany 10405.Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, nutty, caramel. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, roasted, toffee, nutty, metalic hops notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121221]

Tap @ Leibhaftig, Berlin. Pours cloudy orange with a white head. Banana, orange and wheat. Estery - pleasant. Smooth and medium bodied.

Draught @ Leibhaftig, Berlin. Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Grassy and citrussy with a good bitterness. Full bodied. Tasty!

Draught. Pale hazy orange with a medium head. Aroma of citrus and banana. Light fruit and butter flavour, consistent all the way through which I haven’t found in the micro hefe weizen in Berlin. Smooth butter cookie finish, light carbonation.

Draught. Dark brown with an Amber hue. Aroma of dark malt and chocolate. Flavour is smooth chocolate malt with a dry, slightly bitter finish.

Draught Golden colour with a large white head. Light malt aroma. Flavour is interesting, sweet malt and cereal to start with, finishes quite bitter hop. Long bitter palate. Have been stopping by for this beer for a few years now. One of the best German style beers out there

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear yellow with a huge, creamy and white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy and light cornish. Sweet malty and nice toasted malt base. Bitter and slight grassy. Dry finish.

From tap at Leibhaftig. Pours hazy dark brown with a deep amber glare and a thick and tan head. Aroma is dark malty. Dark malty aroma and rather acidic. Bitter and dark roasted malt flavoured finish.
