Pours a nice smooth brown black from a cask. Big coffee aroma is mitigated by a subtle chocolate flavor, thin. Kind of like drinking a cup of Chock Full o’ Nuts coffee. Good beer.

Pours a nice dark brown/black from a tap. Aroma of brown sugar and molasses, with a bit of dank piney hops. Flavor similar, not one item shines through or is left behind. Well-balanced, not heavy, not thin. Pretty good beer.

Pours a nice light yellow from a tap. Faint banana aroma, but not much in the way of cranberry. It does show up a little in the finish, a nice tart cranberry juice, but otherwise kind of a standard hefeweizen.

Pours a nice rich dark brown with a crema colored head, some lacing. Aroma of banana, tobacco. Flavor is similar with some clove. Pretty good beer.

Pours a brown-black from a bottle, thin khaki head quickly dissipating. Smells like a coffee milkshake with a scoop of chocolate ice cream thrown in for good measure. Flavor is more coffee than chocolate, but similar to the nose. After sitting rather sweet it ends up with a bitter note. Pretty good for an oatmeal stout, not very thin, just enough to be lighter than a typical stout.

Pours a pale straw from a growler. Smells very floral and peppery, like grilled chiles. Flavor is similar, a little corny, kind of like jalapeño cornbread. A bit of heat at the end, but not much at all, kind of have to want to find it. Good beer.

Pours a clear dark straw from a growler. Never saw such a clear saison. Not much aroma, but slightly faint lemon. Flavor is a bit lemony and wheaty, not much else. Okay, thin beer.
