Pours a clear dark straw from a growler. Never saw such a clear saison. Not much aroma, but slightly faint lemon. Flavor is a bit lemony and wheaty, not much else. Okay, thin beer.

Pours a nice clear copper brown from a growler. Big banana aroma, maybe sort of bubble gum-y too. Nice toasted spice flavor, sort of a bananas foster aspect to it. Not very boozy, well-balanced and smooth. Very nice beer.

Draft at a Cooke's, 8/11/2015
Clear blonde color. Fizzy. Light, malty aroma. Lightly sweet. Tastes of malt and macro lager adjuncts, which is odd for a craft blonde ale. Feels kinda watery and fizzy. Not terrible I guess, but not a very good beer.

This is a nice hefe. Banana, some clove/other spices, a bit of wheat. Not overly sweet. Nice example.

Pours a clear gold from a bottle. Aroma of banana and wheat, flavor is spot on with the banana and clove flavors, good wheaty yeastiness. Starts off a little sweet but then finishes dry. Good beer.

Pours a black from a bottle, thin light khaki head. Thin, slightly sweet-sour stout. Roasted notes, chocolate. Not a big fan of the style, but this one’s okay.
