BIAB at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of pear, floral. Taste is sweetish, tart, perry pear, sweaty, biscuity cardboard and some tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, busciity peary finish. Quite OK.

Taste is sweet, appley, fruity, peach notes, with some caramel and mellow soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
