Can, 6.0%. Hazy pale golden, white foam. citrus and pine resin aromatics, medium body, light chalk, good fizz, quite heavy on the herb and resin on the palate, has a bit of toilet deodorant/urinal cakes. Very bitter finish, which is nice. A bit too heavy on the spruce tips perhaps.

Can as Forest IPA 6%. Milky banana golden. Ginger, lime, orange syrup, sevenup. Oily fruity, slightly sticky bitter pines aftertaste. Taste and nose don't work together. Allrigthish, kind of.

Can, valley 4 version. from Craftbeer Shop. Clear Red amber, offwhite cream. Juicy, lighr caramel malt base, broad spritzy fruity hops, medium body, chewy mellow, very nice juicy moreish brew.

500ml can. Jet black colour with average to huge, dense, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and herbal, hoppy aroma, notes of cocoa, some dark chocolate, mint, woodruff, pine needles, a touch of liquorice, whiffs of cedarwood. Taste is roasty, slightly chocolately, dark malty and herbal hoppy, notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, hints of pine needles, some mint, woodruff, a touch of cedarwood, liquorice; some "After Eight" mint chocolate allusions.
Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy palate, medium to fine, very dense, soft, creamy carbonation.
Very well crafted, nice, well-known Nepo "forest" hop flavours - excellent.

Taste is moderately bitter, floral and slightly resinous, minimally citrusy hoppy, sweet-ish, wheaty malty basis, a bitter touch of petals, underlying, unspecific fruitiness.
