[ As Profesja Kominiarz ].Clear dark brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, sweet malt, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, burnt, dark malt, sweet malt, berrt tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160206]

Draught @ Jabeerwocky, Nowogrodzka 12, Warszawa, Poland 00-511. [ As Profesja Zielarka ].Unclear - hazy matt medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, belgium yeast, fruity, pale malt, sweet malt, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 0,5l bottle at home. BB 31.03.2016. black color, tiny dark coffee-colored head. smells roast, bread, sourish, ash, earthy, lightly fruity, some licorice. nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes quite roasted, bit sour, quite ashy, earthy, some espresso notes, peat, bitter chocolate, some herbal bitterness. finishes quite dry and roasty with a light herbal bitterness with notes of ash and coffee. hmm, overall quite nice beer, but very very roasty and also bitter / sourish. not sure the sourness is intentional. In general I am a sucker for stouts, so I like this, but this might be too much for some people. A bit unbalanced.

Draught at Jabeerwocky, part of a sample paddle. On March 1, 2016.Listed at 5.9% ABV and style American Farmhouse.Hazy amber color, white to off-white head. Hoppy, resin taste. Resin aftertaste, also clove and herbal. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium to medium high bitterness. Resin, citrus scent.

BB 18.05.2016. amber cloudy color, small white head. smells of exotic fruits, citric, acidic, light resin, light berry notes, some currant, light must, light farmhouse character. great smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of exotic fruits, mango, resin, light pines, citric, acidic, some lemon grass, light notes of belgian yeast, bit musty, light funk. finishes dry and bitter with notes of lemon grass, citric notes and light funk. overall enjoyable stuff, gets lightly candiish when warm but still quite nice.

Bottled. Cloudy deep golden, small head. Fruity nose with marzipan, hay and citrus. Mid dry with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Marmelady citrus, hay and marzipan Long bitter finish.

Bottle at omhper’s. Clear golden liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, white pepper, grain, bubblegum, light grain, spice and hay. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of citrus, hay, grain, light earth and lemon peel. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice!

Butelka 0.5l (18.05.2016). Piwo zmetnione o bursztynowej barwie. Piana biala, obfita, drobna, ladnie zdobi szklo i na prawde fajnie sie prezentuje. Aromat w pierwszej chwili zywiczny ale w miare uplywu czasu dochodza do glosu nuty owocowe, lekko przyprawowe i mimo, ze nie powala intensywnoscia to jest ciekawy i przyjemny. W smaku gladkie, delikatnie przyprawowe, owocowe z zaznaczona goryczka o charakterze cytrusowym. Piwo lekkie w odbiorze, pijalne, sesyjne z bardzo fajnym balansem pomiedzy nutami saison?owymi i amerykanskim chmieleniem. Ostatnimi czasy jedno z lepszych piw z Profesji.
