Butelka 0.5l (04.05.2016).

500ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with huge, frothy, long lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Slightly sourish, soggy, grainy and herbal hoppy aroma, a touch of sauerkraut, sour beans, turns later into slightly more mellow, minimally sweeth-ish,additional hints of peanut butter. Taste is slightly sourish, grainy, minimally soapy hoppy, hints of husk, a touch of peanut butter, herbal grassy, hoppy overtones. Unable to detect the intention behind this. Maybe the yeast strain decided arbitrarily to convert hitherto bubblegum and funk flavoured metabolic excretion into peanut butter and sauerkraut simulating dejecta.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Grassy and citrusy hoppy aroma with spicy hints of hay, hints of lemongrass, a herbal touch of peppercress. Taste is grassy and citrusy hoppy, spicy notes of hay, some lemon, hints of lemongrass, peppercress, herbal, yeasty peppery spiciness; lively carbonation. Rather a freshly grassy, Middle-European than an American IPA. Would be interesting to see the same hop bill used in a Saison.
