Very dark beer with a beige head. Aroma is full bourbon, sticky sweet molasses malt, vanilla, and maybe some butterscotch. Full, silky smooth body. Very sweet. Full of malt, vanilla, butterscotch, bourbon, and molasses. This is so freaking sweet. A bit too sweet for my tastes. Still, in smaller quantities, this could be a nice dessert beer.

Bomber. Pretty solid freshie. Hop is pronounced but not stringent. Floral and fruit. Lightly sweet. Not earth shattering but very solid. Double dig that they went session with this one.

On tap at Hale's, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out floral hops, along with some dank herbal notes. Flavour is similar, with dank herbal hops, some citrus and biscuity malt. Fresh and dank. Drinks nicely. Solid.

On tap at Hale's, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Nose is quite fruity, with tropical stone fruits, some strange soapy floral notes and a biscuity malt backing. Flavour is strange, with stone fruits and biscuity malt. A little floral hops as well. Almost seems to have some off-notes I can't quite put my finger on. It's not bad.

On tap at Hale's, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a mix of different hop varietals, with notes of citrus, pine and resin, some bready caramel malt as well. Flavour is both hop and malt heavy, with lots of resinous hops, which then transition to sweet caramel malt. After a while, the malt bill overtakes and leaves a rather high amount of sweetness. Okay, but nothing special.

200th rater! I actually don’t know when this was brewed cause I don’t see any info on annual release. Whatevs. Black beer with ghost white lacing. Aroma is dry, ashy malt that’s acidic. Flavor is a bit flabby and light... And weak stout. I’m actually surprised this is an Impy Stout. Just a bit too acidic and weak.

2015 version. Deep Amber with a firm white head. Nice pine and light citrus hops with a good portion of toasted caramel malts. Full bodied. Full flavored Amber with a good malt and hop balance. Highly enjoyable.

On tap at Bailey's, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out the brett, along with tropical pitted fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with moderate brett funk and tropical fruits. The brett dries it all out enough to leave not much residual sugar. Very good.
