Birbant is one of the pioneers of Polish craft brewing - bold, independent, and driven by creativity. We don’t follow the noise - we brew what truly matters.

Birbant (pronounced ‘beer-bunt’; Polish for ‘bon vivant’) contract brewery was established in 2013 by Jarek and Krzysiek (a.k.a. Kuli), two brewers and beer enthusiasts. Jarek is a professional brewer, who’s worked with several different breweries, while Kuli started brewing at home in 2003 and in the ten years before Birbant many of his home batches earned him awards at homebrew competitions. In their own words: “We have worked together on new recipes for a few years now. Our goal is to make flavorful and exceptionally aromatic beers we would like to drink ourselves.”

Can. Hoppy aroma and taste, peach, light pineapple and citrus fruit, grassy notes, medium to high bitter. Medium body, fizzy carbonation, hoppy fruity harsh bitter dry finish. Very unballanced.

Barwa żółta, zmętnione, piana biała, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie cytrusy, tropiki, ziołowość. W smaku wytrawne, ziołowe, sporo cytrusów. Goryczka średniowysoka, wysycenie dość wysokie, ciało w normie, bardzo pijalne. Świetne piwo.

Can at Polish Autumn online tasting, Beermalade. Golden color with medium white head. Strong hoppy aroma with coconut, oranges, zest, pineapples. Taste is tropical fruits, coconut, light zest, pines. Long hoppy bitter finish. Nice.

Can at Polish Autumn online tasting, Beermalade. Golden color with medium white head. Tropical fruits, mango, passin fruits, pineapples. Taste is very fruity with again mango, passon fruits, pineappels, complemented with moderate hoppy bitterness. Light sourness in finish. Nice.

Murky pale golden color with medium white head. Aroma: mango, passion fruit, lightly sour. Taste: lightly sour, passion fruit, mango. Medium white head, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Bit less sour that I expected, nicely hopped, nice combination of sourish mango notes and hoppy bitterness.

High, offwhite head. Amber-red colored beer. Looks amazing. Great lacing. The aroma is overloaded with citruses, tropical fruits, and bubble gum (in a good way). With hints of resin, toasted bread, and herbs. Really high bitterness goes along with also quite a high level of malts taste. It's like an AIPA mixed with bock and rauchbier. Awesome. The only downside is the fact that the bitterness is loooong. Full body, medium carbonated.
